In 2015, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan launched a new program titled “Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP)”. With this program, Taiwanese as well as international university students get the chance to volunteer with local primary schools and experience young education in Taiwan. I joined for different classes on photography, arts, and culture, e.g. a drum class, a visit to a Daoist temple and a tea making class. It was so much fun interacting with the young, energetic kids and follow them with my camera!
