Photography became part of my life when my father gave me one of his Canon cameras in 2005. Back then we were living in Hong Kong and I would take pictures of container ships, flowers, and other daily objects that caught my attention.
Much time has passed since and going through my hard drive, I realize that also photography wise a lot has happened. I’ve been shooting products, portraits, landscapes, and events and was able to cooperate with amazing people and institutions. My thank yous go out to my friends who were willing to model, the German online magazine sinonerds that let me be their photo editor, and last but not least my amazing colleagues at the J. Paul Getty Museum that encouraged me to photograph the Getty Docent Program and many more fun events and activities. Thank you!
A huge part of my photography shows my love for travelling and documentation. Having lived abroad for 10 years in cities such as Beijing, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taipei, and Los Angeles, a lot of photo material has come together and I’m excited to share it with you.
