My friend and I decided to wander around Chongqing, pretty much without a plan. Sometimes, you can encounter great things when you just let yourself get lost and wander the world. We stumbled across this neighborhood that was already in the midst of getting torn down. Unfortunately, I don’t know what exactly was there before or what happened to the people who lived there. I just know that some people were still taking their stroll around this area and even though there was destruction all around them…they looked at us and smiled.
