A day in Linshui

Linshui surprised me. It is a county in Sichuan, China and I would have probably never gone there if I had not known a classmate who worked there at a school to teach English. The people there seemed to be living with the minimum, nothing fancy, nothing grand but they all had open faces, open hearts and welcomed us with curiosity and generosity. I think the photos speak for themselves and give a glimpse into a place in China most of us would probably never visit. I love this about China, there are so many diverse communities and it’s true, each province has its own charm and mentality.
